Refund & Returns

At cuff-earrings.com you are satisfied or your money back. Our policy extends over 14 days from the time of receipt of the order. If an item is defective or not conform, you have 14 days from receipt of the items to request an exchange or refund. On the other hand, if 14 days have passed since the receipt of your items, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange under the right of withdrawal.
Returns are at the expense of the buyer. However, we will reimburse you for the full amount of your purchase, including any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Customized products cannot be returned but only exchanged for an identical product or one of the same value, if the product ordered is found to be defective.

Several types of products cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal:
- Services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution has begun after prior express consent of the consumer and express waiver of his right of withdrawal;
- Goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the control of the trader and which may occur during the withdrawal period;
- Goods made to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized;
- Goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;
- Goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
- Goods which, after delivery and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;
- Audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery;
- Contracts for the supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine, except for subscription contracts for these publications;
- Contracts for the provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, goods transport services, car rental, catering or leisure activities which are to be provided on a specific date or at a specific time;
- Contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, the performance of which has begun after the consumer's express prior consent and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer but only to us, the Seller.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable):

 

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision on whether or not to approve your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a maximum of 14 days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUND (if applicable):

 

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable):

 

We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged according to our terms and conditions. If in this case if you want to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at contact@cuff-earrings.com.

 

SHIPPING COSTS:

 

To return a product under the right of withdrawal, contact us via: contact@cuff-earrings.com in order to know the procedure to follow.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. However, you will be refunded the full amount of your purchase including the shipping costs charged at the time of purchase.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, we recommend that you use a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase shipping insurance for the value of the product.
